Is there a free option?
Yes. Explorer is free and lets one person run secondary research and draft a survey.
How is primary research priced?
Surveys and expert calls are billed as usage on top of your plan, so you only pay for what you field. Paid plans include research credits to start.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is the full workspace for desk research and study design. Pro adds synthetic preview, live primary collection, and private data, so you can run studies end to end.
Can I bring my own data?
Yes. Private data connections are an add-on on Pro and included on Team and Enterprise, with secure handling of your documents and systems.
Do you support security reviews and SSO?
SOC 2 Type II covers every plan. SSO, custom data processing agreements, and security reviews are part of Enterprise.
